Google Nexus 9 to have a strange parent as per rumors

Been leaking over the internet for quiet some time now, is an HTC built Nexus 9 tablet. The thing about this rumor, is that HTC is one of those companies that has not done too well with tablets. In fact, their only android tablet that they ever built was the Flyer which came with a stylus & went poof and vanished.

There have been rumors from multiple sources about a contradictive situation and that makes me wonder if it is true. The leak by HTC, NVIDIA & Google have now given us a brief of what to look for and when.

According to the rumor mill and leaks, this is what to expect in the tablet:

Date of Announcement: 16^th October 2014

Display: 9-inch IPS LCD with 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution
Processor: NVIDIA Tegra K1 Denver (64-bit)
Back Camera: 8-megapixel (Sony)
Front Camera: 1.6-megapixel
Storage: 32GB onboard, microSD card slot for 128GB more

OS: Android L (Latest Android OS iteration).

Let’s hope that the rumors are true and we get a quality product like the HTC One M7 & M8.
